  • Shipping is available via EMS / USPS / UPS / DHL / HongKong EMS / HongKong TNT / BritishAirline only, all of them are express services. Air and shipping freight, please contact for further information.
  • All delivery & freight charges are paid by customer. Charges are seasonal.
  • bagcloseout.com will handle both export declaration and freight forwarding.
  • We will not be responsible for import declaration or duty once the goods have been shipped.
  • Loose Cargo can ONLY be delivered by AirFreight or Courier Service (Door to Door).
  • There are two options when shipping via courier service.

      Option 1 - Delivered directly to your door.
      Option 2 - Drop ship, this service offers delivery directly to your customers preferred address.

Guarantees and Returns

Q: Can you guarantee customs clearance?  
A: No. However 99% of our customers receive their products successfully. In the unlikely event that your order should be seized the following company procedure will be implemented. Example: Your order value is $500 including shipping, we will discount any future orders by 10% of total value until original order cost is refunded. This discount will be held by our accounts department and released once we have received proof of seizure from issued customs documents. ( Faxed or photocopies Not Excepted ) All documentation will be returned to you.  
Q: What happens if I receive a damaged or poor quality item?  
A: All of our products are subject to a stringent quality control procedure. However in the unlikely event this problem should occur, we will offer a like for like exchange. Please check out ¡°return policy¡±
Q: ?What is your return policy?  
A:

All of our merchandise comes with a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! The product must be post-marked no later than 4 days from the day you received it.

The product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. Sorry, used products cannot be credited back or exchange.

By wearing the product the first time, our refund policy is voided. Used product can only be repaired for free of charge if customer sends it back to us at their own cost.

The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed.

Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages or loss of item on the return.

In the event you have recieved the wrong item you need to contact us with in 4 days from the day you received the item

When Returning a product you did not order The product must be post-marked with in 6 days of receiving it and we will resend you the correct Item/items
